My name is Katie and I took over She’s Got Baggage in May 2025 after running the company independently for a year as Operations Manager.

What started out as additional income, has grown into a passion project of meeting new people and working with over 15 of our exceptional drivers!

In our company, the customer comes first. From start to finish our one and only goal is to make your time here in Nashville the best it possibly could be!

Whether that’s recommending our favorite brunch spots, to helping you get from point A to point B, just storing your belongings for the day, or even helping you fine tune the last details to make your stay extra special.

I truly value all the fun memories that I have made with friends and family while on vacation. I think our time that we give others is priceless and I want you to make the most of your visit in Nashville. In my opinion, I think you can have more fun if you are not dragging luggage around!
