  • The customer will book online and then be assigned a driver. The driver will pick up your bags at your designated spot (airport, Airbnb, or restaurant). The driver will take your bags to storage to store them. The driver will meet you later to give your bags back at another designated spot that you have chosen. Someone from your party must be there within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time or a late fee of $50 will be charged. Drivers are not allowed to unload bags without someone from the party being there.

  • YES, I have small business insurance coverage and my storage unit is insured as well. My insurance covers the bags the moment they enter the drivers’vehicles.

  • If you cancel your reservation anytime before the day of your appointment, you will be refunded the cost minus $50. If you cancel the day of the reservation, you will not be refunded.

  • WHEN YOU ARRIVE

    When you arrive to Nashville, you will go to Baggage Claim and pick up your bags. After you get your bags, walk outside and let your driver know what zone number you are near.

    Text your driver and let them know you are ready to be picked up. You are not ready to be picked up until you & your group are standing outside with bags in hand.

    WHEN YOU LEAVE

    You will get dropped off at the Departures Terminal and stand under your airline sign. Once you arrive and are standing under the airline sign, text your driver that you are ready for your luggage to be dropped off. Your driver will drop them off.

    Please do not go to the Uber or Lyft area. We do not have permission to go over there because we are not Rideshare drivers.

  • Yes, we charge a minimum of $85 that covers storage of 4 bags plus pick up and delivery to your Airbnb with a 3 mile radius of Bridgestone Arena (501 Broadway Nashville TN 37203).

  • They will text you they will text you with more information the night before your scheduled reservation for pre-booked bookings and within 10-15 minutes of booking for last minute inquiries.

  • No, you are assigned a designated pick up and drop off appointment time that is set for you when you book. We have 10+ pick ups and drop offs daily and we have to stay on a schedule to guarantee timely service.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, arriving to meet your driver at the luggage drop off at the Airbnb, you will be charged a $50 late fee.

  • No; we need someone from your group at the Airbnb to accept the bags when we drop them off. This is for liability reasons. Remember, we have all of your precious belongings. Our driver is not allowed to enter the airbnb for safety reasons.

  • A $50 late fee is only charged when luggage is being DELIVERED back to customers. If the customer is more than 10 minutes late, a $50 late fee is charged.

  • Yes! Outside of our storage unit being climate controlled, we also have access to a storage fridge for customers. Please let your driver know at time of pickup!

    We’ve stored breast milk, pastries, frozen goodies, etc- you name it! It’s all included in your price unless storing takes up a substantial amount of space.
